Southern Alberta’s largest celebration of multiculturalism is returning to Henderson Lake Park this summer. The Southern Alberta Ethnic Association (SAEA) will host the 2026 Heritage Day Festival on Monday, Aug. 3, inviting the community to enjoy a full day of cultural performances, international cuisine, live music, and family-friendly activities. Running from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the free event celebrates the cultures, traditions, and histories that make Southern Alberta one of Canada’s most diverse regions.
